Schultz Optical - No way to track my order

Received a order number from Caglasses but when I logged in no order was shown so I went to PayPal and it shows money was sent to Schultz optical when I tried to call about it multiple times I got a mess every time telling me to text a number all representative are busy .

Like everyone else experienced scam. Contact credit card company for chargeback. Proved this by requesting status of an order that did not exist from a fake email. Their response was that the (non existent) order was going to be shipped out next week.

Recently my account was charged US $225 BY SHULTZ OPTICAL. I am in the process of contacting the company to find out whats the charge for but I can't get in touch with them by phone or email. I believe this is fraud and would like someone to reply to this review to further discuss the situation.

No communication, hanging up on me. No provided information about product. I had to call and check on service. Then they bypassed the inspection stage and product was wrong. Told to submit information to provide replacement and I did. A week later not communication. Call and found out they needed more information. Never contacted me. Told them wanted a refund. Only find out I have to pay for shipping. Poor company and customer service!

They took my money about 30 days ago and all I get is a BS story about where they are. From the lab to testing and even shipping, it's one delay after another. From one rep to the next the stories change and so does your chance of getting your product in a reasonable time. Save your money and go somewhere reputable.

I just received my glasses from Schultz. They were very late. However when I received them they fit perfect and the prescription was exactly what I ordered. The glasses were probably late due to Covid and delays in the mail. I am very happy with these glasses and fit is perfect. I have a single vision prescription. Definitely ordering my safety glasses from them again.

I ordered glasses for my husband, paid for them on line of 183. dollars. Took them from August to Sept. to send a pair of glasses that didn't even come close to what I had ordered. Sent them back, asked for a refund. They said they would make them right. Oct. finally get the 2nd pair of glasses , same problem, husband cannot wear them, not right on the prescription. I sent those back in Oct. asked for a refund. Still waiting, here in Nov. They won't answer my emails. Very, Very poor service.

I placed my order almost 3 weeks ago. I spoke to someone who told me the safety glasses would ship in 2 weeks. When I called and chatted to check on my order I spoke to 4 different people whom all 4 told different stories and lies. Then I get an email that says they’re refunding my money because they can’t make my safety glasses, mind you I picked the frames out on their website when I placed my order. I called back and ask to speak with a Supervisor and got hung up on 3 times. They are a joke, terrible to deal with and falsely advertise

This company is a scam. Their products are of poor quality and very . They have a thirty day money back policy which is NOT TRUE. I sent back the loupes after 2 weeks. I never got my refund after I sent back the loupes. They kept delaying the process and now they don't answer my emails or calls. Avoid this scammers!! I lost $1500. Will be disputing this charge through my credit card company. I am a 76 year old veteran and purchased a pair of glasses on 7/4/18. As of 8/6/18 have not received my glasses. I have called there toll free number 4 times never get a a real person. I follow their directions and leave a message, but no one ever returns the call. I have written several emails to their email address and same response..no one writes back. I have sent at least 5 emails. I have also filled out the contact form on their website and nothing..have done that also at least 4 times. The sad is they got my money. I had purchase a paid from them over a year ago and did not have a problem, but now something has changed with them. This is probably the worst customer service I have ever had

Please dont be deceived. Dont waste your time and energy as well as money with this company. Loupe quality very poor. Price- not worth at all. Customer service- nonexistent. I have made it a mission to alert people falling into a trap like I did. They make claims which they cannot live by. I tried multiple times to contact them- No luck. They dont reply your emails The package sent was incomplete. The loupe barrel was loose. the strap and screwdrivers missing. When I wanted to return it they only replied when I made a threat to get the money back via the credit card company. They finally gave me return process and number. I had to chase them again 10 days after the parcel had landed at their location. I still have not received the money but they sent an email after several weeks with a one line apology and to say the amount had been refunded. I told them I would spend 10 min on every review site to tell the world about their loupe quality as well as the non existent customer service and the service I received. Coincidentally ( whether related to them or not) my credit card got scammed 3 weeks after buying from them. I had to cancel the whole card. This has not happened to me before either. Please dont waste your time with this company. The have the arrogance to claim that they are the best and that they are affiliated to UCLA etc. They are not worth any thing they say on their website.

I ordered glasses on April 7. I have called several times and they put you on ignore. Finally thru and got the same run around. You glasses are in the lab. And oh they did not pass inspection. Just a big run around. Horrible customer service they're obviously cheap glasses because they take your money and don't give you the product
